It was so fun seeing our son play at the new playground we built in our backyard, he really was having the time of his life whenever he would be out there.
It was impossible to get him to quit climbing up the slide, but at least he was respectfully having a good time. It was fine having his play out there while the weather was still warm. It was always challenging getting him to come back inside the apartment though! Usually he would want to play outside until lunch was ready, and even then he just wanted to stay outside. There were some Summer afternoons when I had to get him back in the home for some air conditioner breaks. We had some pretty hot days this past season, but we had a lot of good times too. Up until recently, there were no problems with our kid playing outside. She had to wear an overcoat until we finally said he couldn’t go out there because it was too chilly and windy. we could feel the winter months approaching, however fortunately, we had our heating plan worked on and we have been utilizing it lately to keep warm in the household, then our kid was irritated about not going out to the playground for a little while, but now he doesn’t seem to guess about it too much. He’ll be about to go have fun outside again when we get some snow, however we’ll build a snowman and who knows, maybe he can still go down the slide a couple of times when he’s bundled up, and but he’ll be having fantastic times for sure after the Winter season is over! I can’t wait until that time where we can shut off the furnace.
