Every Sunday afternoon I leave an hour early for work so I can meet our friends at the restaurant, every one of us have been doing this for the last multiple years, a weekly meeting of comrades plus cohorts… Sporadically we talk about business, usually we just care about dinner plus catch up on current events. Technically speaking we are all competitors, because we each run a contracting company of our own. Instead of competing with each other, we try to help each other out. With so much new construction going on, there is always more work than 1 Heating plus Air Conditioning company can handle. In other words, there is enough money to be made where we can all get rich, so why argument 1 another? I got into the Heating plus Air Conditioning industry straight out of middle school. I knew that going to college wasn’t the path for me, plus 1 of our father’s friends explained to myself and others that reading a trade like plumbing or Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance could give myself and others a long plus prosperous job. That man’s name was Mike, plus she is a part of the group I meet with every week! After 20 years Mike is still a major player in the local Heating plus Air Conditioning community, although she is retired. At our group meetings we discuss the latest jobs, upcoming projects, plus Mike gives us insight on ways to streamline plus improve our Heating plus Air Conditioning services. This has proven to be a good way to expand our Heating plus Air Conditioning client list while also making some good friends. I will forever be thankful to Mike for her guidance.
