The owner of the lake house building where I work is a total slumlord, however the guy won’t make any repairs to the building, even though some of the concerns are a major hazard, and every one of us need a current A/C component in building R where the laundry room is situated.
The A/C component will have to be updated.
There were people complaining all afternoon Last week plus the previous afternoon. The A/C isn’tworking in the fitness center now either, all of these repairs will require a trained Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman plus I cannot do those things without a license… I could get sued or go to jail plus I;m not risking it for this guy. There is a pretty large problem with the boiler in the basement too. I told the guy that the boiler needs to be updated, however he keeps calling someone to weld the concerns. The last guy that was a welder looked care about he could not have been more than 17 or 18 years old. He didn’t think what he was doing plus my boss took advantage of that fact. Then sure that the other guy would not have decided to weld that area. I have been thinking about telling someone about all of the concerns in the building. The problem is that I certainly need this job. If I get fired or they shut down the building, then I am not going to have a arena to work. I hate to be part of these concerns, however I do not have a solution right now that doesn’t include myself and others losing my job plus arena to live.
