The owner of the condo building where I work is a total slumlord; The girl will not make any repairs to the building, even though some of the problems are a major hazard.
- We need a new A/C unit in building R where the laundry room is located.
The A/C unit will have to be replaced. There were people complaining all morning Last month and the previous morning. The A/C is not laboring in the fitness center now either, however all of these repairs will require a trained Heating as well as Air Conditioning contractor and I cannot do those things without a license, and i could get sued or go to jail and I;m not risking it for this lady. There is a pretty big problem with the boiler in the basement too. I told the girl that the boiler needs to be replaced, although she keeps calling someone to weld the problems. The last girl that was a welder looked prefer she could not have been more than 17 or 18 years old, however she did not think what she was doing and my boss took luck of that fact. Then sure that the other girl would not have decided to weld that area. I have been thinking about telling someone about all of the problems in the building. The problem is that I really need this task. If I get fired or they shut down the building, then I’m not going to have a stadium to work. I don’t like to be area of these problems, but I don’t have a solution right now that does not include me losing my task and stadium to live.
