He believed there were at least 5 rodents

When Jacob tells people that he went on a 4-month long vacation and traveled through 20 countries, they typically say that she was “lucky.” This wasn’t luck.

Jacob has been planning this trip for 3 years, while saving up the money he needed to take it.

Over that time Jacob cut back on doing anything fun, he squirreled away every spare dollar he had, because Jacob was so intent on making this dream vacation a reality. Does that sound at all lucky, or was it hard work? The trip itself was awesome, but returning to the beach house wasn’t as pleasant. While Jacob was gone rodents had somehow gotten into an exterior air duct that runs along the side of his roof. From there, the awful rodents had gotten into the crawlspace in the attic. He could hear them moving around freely throughout the air duct all over the house. Based on the amount of pitter-pattering footsteps in the air ducts, Jacob believes there were at least 5 animals, maybe as several as 6. He phoned the Heating $ A/C service supplier to ask for an inspection, but the guy on the phone told him it wasn’t possible. The Heating & A/C company wouldn’t do anything about the air duct until the animals were removed. He gave Jacob the number for animal control, and said when the air ducts were clear they would send someone out to inspect, repair, and disinfect them. Jacob has to wait one more day for the animal control specialist to arrive. He can still hear all the animals playing in our air duct.
