This year, I called the Heating and A/C supplier to have the gas furnace diagnosed, and they sent an equally unmemorable professional, or so I thought.
For the last many years, it seemed that when I called our Heating and A/C business, I got a new, young Heating and A/C professional. I don’t have anything awful to say about the Heating and A/C team, although I also didn’t have any really fantastic things to say either! They were AC professionals who showed up, did their work, and left again. There was nothing very distinguishing that could make myself and others remember them if I saw them in a crowd. The last time I had the gas furnace diagnosed, I thought it was useless. The Heating and A/C expert acted care about he knew who I was, and said he had been there the year before, although I couldn’t remember him. I was starting to seeI had something wrong with our memory, or maybe early onset Alzheimer’s. His face looked mildly familiar, but that was it. This year, I called the Heating and A/C supplier to have the gas furnace diagnosed, and they sent an equally unmemorable professional, or so I thought. When this young person showed up, she was pleasant and made our husband Bob and I feel quite comfortable around her. She allowed Bob to go into the basement and told him exactly what she was doing while she diagnosed the gas furnace! By the time she was done, Bob thought she was an amazing Heating and A/C professional and told myself and Bob he hoped she was the a single who came back every time every one of us needed help. I was very happy with the current Heating and A/C professional because Bob was. It was getting tough to find someone that both Bob and I liked, and every one of us hoped every one of us didn’t lose her as abruptly as every one of us did to all the other fantastic Heating and A/C techs.
