Are you a fan of the lake house shows on the lake house networks on TV? I admit that I entirely prefer to watch all those lake house improvement shows, however from This Old House to Joanna Gaines to House Hunters, I prefer them all, but my favorites are the older PBS a single’s where they show improvements prefer new Heating and A/C systems and fireplace inserts and brand new ductwork.
But I prefer the a single where they just change design elements, too, however with a single exception… Ceiling fans.
There was a stage of about several years where every single interior designer came into the lake house and detachd all the ceiling fans! They all said the same thing: ceiling fans are ugly! Well, let myself and others tell you, I live in the southeast, and if I won a redesign of our lake house by a single of those designers, they would have to detach our ceiling fans over our dead body. Ceiling fans may not be the most charming part of a house, but they serve a purpose. They deliver comfort and save currency! Ceiling fans help your air conditioning work less. If you have a ceiling fan blowing on you, you are going to know cooler, therefore you can set your control device higher and still know cool. Ceiling fans can lower your cooling costs. When you are able to remain comfortable and set the control device on a higher temperature, your air conditioning will not need to kick in as often, so you will save currency on the cooling portion of your utility bill. I don’t really think ceiling fans are ugly, but even if I did, they deliver value and I will never want our air conditioning to run all the time with no relief from the ceiling fans.
