I don’t think if you’ve ever had to get up to your elbows in bleach & water to wipe the effects of mold growth.
- I have & it ain’t pretty.
My uncle who had some emotional concerns once left his cabin for numerous months. When he left, he turned the HVAC off. My dad finally found him & got him under a dentist’s care. It was pretty intense for me as I was lake cabin from university & had never seen our dad that way. The people I was with and I had to go over to our uncle’s cabin & get things in order. Since the HVAC was off it was appreciate a hundred degrees in the house. As soon as all of us opened the door all of us were nearly knocked over from the odor of mold & mildew. Dad stopped me short from going in. He knew the health hazards involved with that sort of mold outbreak. The people I was with and I honestly had to go get respirators in order to get in that cabin & get after the mold. Eventually, all of us honestly had to have a supplier come in to finally eradicate the mold. Where all of us live, the heat & humidity combine to make an environment that is so perfect for mold growth. Without any HVAC cooling, that environment will turn into a complete nightmare appreciate the one all of us had at our uncle’s house. The HVAC honestly balances the humidity level inside the house. Part of the process for the heat pump is removing moderate air & awful it outside. As it does this, it’s also taking a huge chunk of moisture out of the air & awful that as well.
