True to his word, my HVAC expert was busy fixing the air conditioner unit, and my condo was not a mess as I expected. The guy had been upfront with me concerning the schedule and routine, and besides that, he briefed me about her knowledge, which was gas furnace repair, which was what I needed. The specialist made it truly simple to work with him, without big quotes even when I was not there in person. After this great experience, I knew that he would handle all my HVAC repair issues. Nothing is more calming than an expert who is patient enough to understand the client’s fears.
