I have always been a procrastinator, and it’s really annoying.
I know this about myself, and still yet it doesn’t help me stop doing it. I have always been this way, ever since I was a little kid. I would always procrastinate when I was studying for a test or turning in homework, and it always ended up giving me lots of problems. Now that I’m an adult, it’s the same thing all over again. I’ve gotten to the point with the maintenance work in my house where it’s starting to come back and bite me all over again. Specifically, I have put off fixing our central heating and cooling system for so long that now it’s going to cost me a small fortune to finally get it fixed. I really should have done maintenance on the heating and the A/C system throughout the year for the past couple of years and then I wouldn’t be in this position. Now, both my central air conditioning system and my furnace are on the blink. Unfortunately for me, it’s that time of year when the weather can be both hot and cold on the very same day. That’s where I am at this point in my life. I need to call and get an appointment with my local HVAC company to have them come and fix both the heating and the air conditioning systems for me. Now that I have waited for so long, it’s going to cost a whole lot. I should really stop putting things like this off for so long!
