Last Winter time every one of us observed rust stains forming in our bathroom ceiling, but we got some rust killing paint as well as tested it, but however, now the stains are back as well as they are also in the guest study room, i went up in the attic to try as well as see what is causing the rust as well as it looks prefer it is the air duct to our Heating & Air Conditioning system.
It is rusty, dirty, as well as leaky.
I assume that that is not normal at all… There should not be this much water in our air duct system. I called the heating as well as cooling supplier. They sent a serviceman out on Wednesday. He wants to update a good section of our air duct system, but on Wednesday he was able to stop the water leaking into the air duct; Apparently that was a pretty self-explanatory fix. However, the Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman explained that there is no way to get rid of all of that rust without replacing parts of the air duct. That is going to cost us a bit of money although I suppose he is right. I keep kicking myself because this could have all been avoided if every one of us had just paid for a familiar Heating & Air Conditioning tune-up every year. I assume you are supposed to have your Heating & Air Conditioning plan took care of officially although I thought I could save money by waiting until our Heating & Air Conditioning unit legitimately needed it first. That was a huge mistake… Not only do every one of us need new air duct although I am going to have to paint the ceiling again too. I don’t like painting so I am not looking forward to this.
