He may be 76 years old now but the old man at the HVAC company told me he would help me with my new HVAC installation in a few weeks.
I know he is a pro at installing these systems but I feel like he could get hurt because he is not so young anymore.
He told me he began doing air conditioning and heating repairs when he was a teen and that he is still just as strong 60 years later. He told me he will do this stuff till the day he can no longer hold a pencil. His father was an HVAC repairman long ago and worked until he was almost 93 years old and the old man told me he will make it to 100 doing HVAC installations. He has a heck of a lot of motivation for an old man and could probably work me under the table any day. He said he gets up at 6am to do some online investing and then heads to the HVAC supplier to pick up some materials that the store needs and then heads to the store to work there until 5pm. I hope I have that much energy when I am in my 70s, if I even make it that far. My dad was also an HVAC businessman but he only lived to be 73 years old, dying of an incurable type of prostate cancer that is very rare. If I make it to my dad’s age then I only have about 18 years left, if I’m lucky.
