My thoughts weren’t just fleeting, but constant. I had gone to college for company administration before I went to college for Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. I had not taken the previous classes with this in mind, but when I went to Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C college, I knew I already had all the qualifications. When the opportunity to become an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company owner cropped up last week, I offered it some drastic thought. I wasn’t ready, plus I knew it. I could not justify giving up being an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C contractor plus owning the business, when there were people laboring there who were more qualified. The contractor who was qualified enough to do the task was worried to see if she would be asked, plus I told him not to wait. I thought she should walk into the office plus tell the owner she wanted the chance to buy him out. She was afraid she would end up going up because she didn’t have any company acumen. I told him I had the company side, plus she jumped at it. When she took over ownership, she made myself and others a partner in crime plus offered myself and others the company side of the business. I was still an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C contractor, despite the fact that I was finding out what ownership was while doing our task.
